Exhibit Catalogs

  1. If you have not yet done so, please download and peruse the Mentor Information Packet (PDF).
     
  2. All Mentors receive a quarter-page listing in the Exhibit Catalog for a photo and brief bio.
     
    • A quarter page is 5-inches wide by 1¾-inches high.
       
  3. Entries may be edited for space considerations, as well as for spelling, grammar, and point-of-view.
     
  4. To allow time for formatting, proofing and printing, please submit your Exhibit Catalog and “Mentor Button Sticker” information by Saturday, March 21, 2020.
     
  5. Information collected here will appear on this website and in the Exhibit Catalog — unless otherwise noted.

You do not need to know everything requested to get started! You will be able to return to revise your entry as often as you wish.

Mentor Button StickersImagination Fair Participation Certificate

The Imagination Fair does not rank projects or award ribbons. Instead, Exhibitors receive a “Mentor Button Sticker” on their Participation Certificates from every “Mentor” who talks to them.

“Mentor Button Stickers” are printed in color, so please feel free to be colorful.

If you need to submit an unsupported file format, just send it via email instead.

About the Photo Release

You are asked to either grant or withhold permission for Volunteer Event Organizers to take photographs of you during Imagination Fair 2020 and to use those photos to promote the Imagination Fair.

Please note that if and when you upload an image to this website, it is assumed that you have granted permission to publish that photo on this website!

Disclaimer: This photo release only addresses how the Imagination Fair will use images and names. The Volunteer Event Organizers cannot control the actions of others!

If you prefer, you may fill out and mail a paper (PDF) version of the photo release, which can be found on the last page of the Mentor Information Packet (PDF).

 

Photography Release

By entering my full legal name below, I authorize the Imagination Fair to publish photographs taken of me on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at the Imagination Fair and its related events for use on the Imagination Fair’s print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Imagination Fair publications.

I release and hold harmless the Imagination Fair and its representatives from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Imagination Fair marketing materials or other Imagination Fair publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release Imagination Fair, its volunteers, its contractors, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of Imagination Fair publications, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
