Hibernation/Getting Ready for Winter
Date
Destination
Animals, plants and humans need to prepare for the long winter months. We adapt by pulling out those winter coats, hats and mittens. What about plants and animals? How do they get ready for the winter? We will explore the different ways that animals, plants and humans “bundle” themselves up for the cold months ahead.
Choose one session: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please see the enclosed program descriptions for dates, times and summaries.
Cancellations that are received less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded. If Wargo Nature Center cancels a program, an attempt will be made to schedule a make-up date. If this is not possible, the program fee will be refunded. Any changes to the event date(s) must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled program. There will be no refunds for changes less than 7 days before the program.
